Crumbl Acquires Crust Club
Crumbl has announced its acquisition of Crust Club, a pie shop specializing in both sweet and savory pies, as well as wholesome family meals. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2016 by husband-and-wife duo Valerie and Tyler Kukahiko, Crust Club started in the couple’s own kitchen and expanded to a brick-and-mortar store in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
Recognizing the shared values of bringing people together over food, Crumbl saw Crust Club as a natural fit and acquired the company in 2023. Leveraging new technology from Crumbl, a leading innovator in the culinary tech space, Crust Club has expanded its product line, adding new items to the menu.
Crumbl has selected its South Logan Crumbl store (1309 N Main St, Logan, UT) to transition into the first franchise location for Crust Club. Crust Club will soon begin serving up delicious, ready-to-bake meals from that location. Cache Valley-based cookie lovers may continue to order their cookies from that location.
