Kinect Capital Announces Strategic Partnership with UVU’s Green House Student Marketing Team

April 18, 2024, Salt Lake City, Utah

Kinect Capital has entered into a new partnership with Utah Valley University’s Green House Student Marketing Team. This collaboration marks a significant step in Kinect Capital’s commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.

Green House, renowned for its creative prowess, will now be responsible for producing and managing all marketing and promotional content for Kinect Capital. This partnership not only enhances Kinect Capital’s marketing strategies but also enriches the educational experience of UVU students by integrating them into a real-world business environment.

“We are incredibly excited about our association with Green House, led by the talented Jocelyn Carmen, and under the esteemed leadership of Alec Gallego, Director of Green House, and Dave Przybyla, Marketing Professor,” said James Kemp, Executive Director of Kinect Capital. “This collaboration is a testament to our investment in the future leaders of the business world. This partnership with UVU’s Green House is a cornerstone in our mission to cultivate a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem. By engaging with the bright minds at UVU, we’re not just investing in their future, but in the innovative potential that they bring to the table.”

The partnership extends beyond marketing efforts, as Kinect Capital will also host company showcase events, panel discussions, and other engaging activities on the UVU campus. These initiatives aim to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application, providing UVU students with invaluable real-world experience.

This alliance brings UVU into Kinect Capital’s partnership network, which includes the University of Utah, Brigham Young University, Utah Tech University, and Utah State University. UVU students will have the opportunity to work as interns, supporting Kinect Capital events and gaining hands-on experience in the field.

UVU students will be actively involved in company showcase events and will have access to Kinect Capital’s esteemed mentors. This will empower them to build and promote their startup ventures, fostering a new generation of entrepreneurs.

“The synergy between Kinect Capital and Green House is electrifying," said Alec Gallego, Director of Green House Marketing. "We’re poised to create something truly remarkable for the students and the broader community. It’s an honor to be part of this groundbreaking initiative."
